导师辨识特征：脊柱外科的外科教授身高一米九花白头发，缺乏一定的阳刚之气，现在多出现在学校办公楼科研部学术水平：中药治骨质疏松，雇了上海的研究员指导科研。自己瞎指挥，只会崔学生发文章，然后不给一作科研经费：校长的经费，够用学生补助：0，从来没有师生关系：挨骂，奴役，工作时间：没有假期，没打卡，不定期打电话查岗以及召唤学生立即去家里学生前途：靠自己很难学习临床技能
